Any artwork under 20 MB in size can be emailed to us. If you have a larger file, we can provide you with a link to upload your artwork.
Before you submit any artwork, please take a moment and review the artwork guidelines below.
Artwork Guidelines
We will make our best effort to work with whatever artwork you can provide to us, but to ensure things look their best and to keep artwork fees to a minimum, please review the following guidelines.
File Formats — Preferred formats are EPS, PDF, AI, TIFF and PSD. We can work with JPG files as long as they are high-quality. We work in Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe Photoshop CC, and Signlab 7.
Color Space — Different printing processes have different requirements. If your job is color critical, or you have specific spot colors you need matched please let us know.
Resolution — For most jobs we ask for a minimum of 100ppi at actual size for raster art. For example, a 48″ x 48″ print would require an image that measures 4800 x 4800 pixels.
Bleed — It’s always best to provide bleed because it’s always easy to remove, but can be time consuming to add. Rarely do we require more than ½”.
Vector Art — Vector art is preferred over raster art when it is available. Please make sure that all fonts and strokes are outlined.
Linked & Support Files — Make sure to include all linked files, and check that all linked raster images meet the minimum resolution. If you can not outline type, make sure to include all fonts. Fonts must be Windows, True Type or Open Type fonts.
